ABC file generation from NWC2

Can someone tell me what the currently recommended way of doing this is?

-- and if it's a user tool, where to get the latest version and how/where to install/run it

Cheers

Ian

Check out this earlier thread.  The tool I wrote goes the other way.
Since 1998

I did check out that thread, but the only version I could see to download is the Jan 2009 one which a later post implied didn't work under Windows 7.

Also I'm not sure what to do with it, it wants to download as a text file not a PHP script?

Just give it a different name during the download process.

The forum has evolved in how it names things during downloads, but older posts do not benefit from the newer changes.

OK, done that, put it in the Scripts directory named kbsc_ABCgen.php, and added it as a user tool so it appears in the list in NWC2.

When I try and run it the staff goes blue and I get a popup with the error message:

"php.exe -- Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point libiconv_open could not be located in the dynamic link library php5ts.dll"

Then when I click OK I get another one (from php?) saying that CLI has stopped working, details are:

Problem signature:
  Problem Event Name:   APPCRASH
  Application Name:   php.exe

Bump :)

Came out of shadows looking for an NWC to ABC converter and stumbled upon this.
