Is there a user font with the "wedge" (staccatissimo)

Is there a facility for inserting the "wedge" stacatto symbol?  I am trying to transcribe a concerto by Haydn and found this symbol was used frequently.  The last discussion I found on this was here.

TIA

G'day Warren,
so long as you don't need it to affect playback ;)

All the title fonts in the suites I created have both up and down staccatissimo symbols.

E.G select "SwingDings" as a user font at the same size as the staff metric and insert text (Centred at next note/bar):
  • "ó" (Chr$ 0243) for a downwards one and
  • "ô" (Chr$ 0244) for an upwards one

No quotes, of course.

I highly recommend Typecase to you as a character map tool.

THe *Dings suites are available via the Scripto
I plays 'Bones, crumpets, coronets, floosgals, youfonymums 'n tubies.
