Problem wth slur

The slur into measure 7 from the previous line does not show. If you force a system break before the final beat of the measure, the slur shows, but the measure number is attached to the partial measure.

G'day Carl,
are you counting bars from 0 or 1?

Regardless, I think I'm seeing what I should - both in the editor and in the print preview...

Perhaps if you add some text to the clip to point out exactly where you mean just to make sure I'm not missing something...

Looks like a bug:
Code: [Select · Download]
!NoteWorthyComposerClip(2.0,Single)
|Rest|Dur:Whole
|Bar|SysBreak:Y
|Note|Dur:Whole,Slur|Pos:0
|Bar|Style:MasterRepeatOpen|SysBreak:Y
|Note|Dur:Whole|Pos:0
|Bar|SysBreak:Y
|Note|Dur:Whole,Slur|Pos:0
|Bar|SysBreak:Y
|Bar|Style:MasterRepeatOpen
|Note|Dur:Whole|Pos:0
|Bar|Style:SectionClose|SysBreak:Y
!NoteWorthyComposerClip-End
MR Open, LR Open and Section Open have this problem.
Workaround is to force a break on a normal barline as I have done at the end of the fourth line.

OK, I gotta be missing something here...

Rick, it doesn't matter if I remove all the system breaks or not, I still see the same thing - Pos 0 notes slurred to Pos 0 notes across MRO and Barline + MRO

What aren't I seeing???  Or more to the point, what am I seeing that you aren't?

This is what I see if I decrease the the Staff Upper/Lower Size and increase the Outside Edge Margin.

No outbound slur on the first Note.

Rick, I agree we have a bug.

Carl, I can't see the problem in your example.  The outgoing slur shows in print preview on my system - see the screen shot.  I wonder if the operating system has some effect - I run XP Pro.

I did notice you have back to back Master Repeat Close and Section Open at the end of bar 5.  Do you need the SO?  Usually you wouldn't.  If you remove the SO, does that change your outgoing slur behaviour?

Try putting a SysBreak on the 2nd Master Repeat Open ...

I suspect that due to Carl's margins or SysFont size, a break is occuring naturally there.

Ah, thanks Rick - now I see it.  Like David, I don't see it in Carl's example - except that now I know what I'm looking for - if I increase my sysfont size as suggested I can see the fact that the outgoing slur is missing from the quaver "C" after the crotchet rest after the section end...

Yes, I see the bug now, with a larger sysfont size (24).  Thanks.

If this works, this is what the print looks like. The slur into ms. 7 is missing. I'm using Windows XP.

If you paste:
Code: [Select · Download]
|Bar|SysBreak:Y
Just before the second Master Repeat Open, the slur will reappear. Even with Windows XP :)
