Re: Converting .pdf files to .nwc files Reply #2 – 2002-12-17 01:31 am Longer answer:There is a possible hard way which is not guaranteed to work at all.You'll need to grab the notation in the PDF file as graphics, save as .tiff or .bmp, convert to midi using a music OCR, import the midi into NWC and edit.At each step, you'll lose -at best- 30% of the original data, so you'll probably prefer notating the scores manually. Otherwise will need to scan it in.If the copy is reasonably decent, I have had some fairly good success with Sharpeye !www.visiv.co.uk. Picks up the info pretty well and fairly easy to use.However, manual entry is sometimes faster. Quote Selected
