Can get Noteworthy composer to work on win95 but not win98, why?

When I try to run Noteworthy composer on windows 98, it won't run because it says it cannot find the nwcv17.ttf font.  Now I have looked on my cd and this file does not exist -- I can only find nwcv15.ttf.  But when I run Noteworthy composer on windows 95 it works.  Why is this, and how can I get it to work on windows 98?
