Coutesy Notes compiling 2006-09-21 11:50 am Even though the playback is terrible, I want to make a better-lookingscore--sometimes do you think so. Here I'm compiling some tricks ofwriting score. It seems hand-writing-like but on the other hand, looksso tricky. Thanks to all NWC users giving advices to me.Below is my explanation on each. Hope you could understand my poor English:(1) Courtesy Key change: Natural before the bar.Insert C Major (Hidden); Put #/b one/s to be natural (Hidden); Put Naturalthe ones (Displayed); Put a bar and new key sign.(2) Show key(and/or time) change to next staff: Writing twice (veryhandwriting-like), using hidden bar w/ Force System Break. (3) Smaller clef: Use hidden Clef w/ smaller text.(4) Restore clef: Further clef will disappear after (3), so put displayed oneon the top staff, using Force System Break.(5) Courtesy Accidental: Simply put text.(6) Accidental on the note: For use of writing small score (such as full scorewith faster passage.) This sample includes Hidden transfer, which makesplayback correct.Possible difficulty is "Force System Break" to adjust each staff.Get "Try & Error", and make small and big scores for print/publish.I hope these specs will be available with simple operation.(Sample is available on NWC2) Quote Selected
Re: Coutesy Notes compiling Reply #1 – 2006-09-22 02:01 am Hiroki, thank you for this file with so many good ideas. May I make a couple of suggestions, please?QuotePut a bar and new key sign I think you'd normally put a double bar line here:!NoteWorthyComposerClip(2.0,Single)|Note|Dur:4th|Pos:-4|Note|Dur:4th|Pos:-5|Bar|Key|Signature:Bb|TimeSig|Signature:3/4|Note|Dur:4th|Pos:-4|Note|Dur:4th|Pos:-3!NoteWorthyComposerClip-EndYes to the first, second and third key signatures here. Re: Courtesy Notes compiling Reply #2 – 2006-09-22 01:12 pm Thanks again. Much improved.QuoteI think you'd normally put a double bar line here:Yes, you're right. But it's my apology, just ignore this one, because it's a dummy for showing Natural on next sign.QuoteThe fourth one isn't needed, because it will automatically beplaced at the beginning of the next line.O-oh, that's correct(^^;. Of course, not need write twice. But this is effective to write time sig, need second one.On positioning (#), need to check preview for just-fitting.Edit screen shows difference sometimes.QuoteI think text accidentals above the note are wrong musically.I got it.
