Forum bug?

I used the Show All Unread Messages feature a day or two ago, and found perhaps a dozen or more unread messages going back as far as January.  

This seemed odd, until I realized that if I open a dialogue window, and close it without posting it, going to the Show unread posts since last visit takes me to a screen with no links to unread posts, even when I know there were others I hadn't got to yet.

Seems like a forum bug.

I don't know if this is relevant, but a few weeks ago the my.noteworthysoftware.com wanted to open a pop up window.  When I finally gave it permission in my firewall I had a new message.

The "Show unread posts since last visit" can be tricky, since what you consider to be a "visit" might be different than what SMF considers a visit.

The "Click here to try all unread topics" link will show you any recent topics that you have not read, without regard to your login/session time, or your recent visits to topic lists and the like.
