Actually I haven't received NWC2 CD yet.

I've given up the CD. How can I upgrade to NWC2 User?
I have Order ID and Status Key.

If I don't have the CD, can't I upgrade the membership?
NWC User since 2008

An email to support would be in order.

If you purchase the CD, it is in a separate mailing. The CD is not required to upgrade your membership, although it also includes your license authenticity information. You can use just the receipt's authenticity label, which is mailed separately from the optional CD. You can check your order status to see when these items were shipped.
