I am sure that I have seen posts previously discussing Virtual Vocalist software of various types. I have entered different descriptions in the Search box without any luck.

Alas, none of our vocalists appear to have any virture.

Try a search for "Virtual Singer".
It's is part of "Harmony Assistant", another useful search string.
