I know that he is dead in 2004 but I'm rapper and I want to create wonderful instrumental of his songs Caverns of the Heart. I think that you would be safer to find out the copyright status of his music before assuming that you can use it for your own purposes.His wife, Sharon Nachbaur, may be able to help you. Alternatively, his daughter, Rhiannon Schmidt (http://www.rhiannon.ca/ ) is a well known violinist in Canada. She may be able to give you the copyright status.Hope this helps. Quote Selected
