1.51a/hp500c still a problem!

Thank you for your responses. Unfortunately, restoring the defaults did not help. Same symptoms. Also, 1.31a DOES work just fine. I had that on my old computer, which I replaced last December. I hooked it up again, and the printer works just fine with 1.31a. The printer has no problem with printing its own diagnostics, or any other type of document. Just NoteWorthy 1.51a.

Any other ideas? I'm at a loss. 15 years of computer programming has not helped me here!

I'm not fluent in english, so I don't know, when you say
"I hooked it up again" if you tried with your old computer
(and old version of NWc) or if you installed the old
version of NWC on your new computer.

Of course, it is not the same, because the drivers can
be different. If you did the first thing, then you can try
the second one...
