Help me, please!

I have got a Hi-End 4-Bit Soundcard, and i do not know
how to use Ntworthy with it. I tried to configure it in the
registercard MIDI, but it did not functioned.

Help me please and sorry for my bed english.

I would suggest you try and get the card working as a straight midi device first. eg make sure that it plays something like canyon.mid with mplayer.exe which are normally found floating around in the windows directory.
Once you've got your midi system working, NWC should work fine.
