Jazz fonts for version 2

I have always liked the jazz font from Robert Morris. I have modified it for version 2 as well as a new Boxmarkjazz font based on Barry Graham's.
I plan on submitting this to the scriptorium for people to try.
If any of the originators are online, do they have any objections?

I will also include a sample chart that uses a number of tricks that people mention to get the best looking jazz chart.

Meanwhile, two feature requests - please introduce multiple bar rests and hat accents. These two features take more time than any other hack.

Boxmarks is all yours my friend - but ask Marsu about Boxmarks 2.

No need to re-create items that already exist in it, of course

could you give us an update on where the fonts are up to?
