convert .midi to .mp3 or .wav

Is it possible to save a file as a .MP3 or .Wav in NWS ? If not, can you give me the way to convert a file .midi to a file .mp3 or .wav for example another software (free, if possible )

You can playback a midi file in NWC and capture it to a wav file using software that comes with your soundcard.  Then you can convert the wav to mp3 if you want.  You possibly could capture the midi playback directly to mp3, but I don't know about that.
