In fact, it is possible, it works very poorly however, so i doubt you will get the results you wish.
Program can be found here:

Well, there's probably no good automatic way, but you can listen to the music and enter the notes in NWC.
It takes a bit of patience, and quite a bit of training.
If you can't do it yourself, there are those whom you might hire...

A couple of years ago there was a discussion about wav-midi conversion software, and the indications were that it was pretty limited with anything other than very simple recorded music.  I imagine the intelliscore developers have made great strides in a couple of years, but use the demo to test it before buying, and read the FAQs http://www.intelliscore.net/faq.html#Q3

For transcribing by ear, you can use Amazing Slowdowner available from http://ronimusic.com/ to assist by slowing the music down and by looping segments, allowing you time to hear the section you are trying to figure out.

Another alternative to slow down pitch and to change it is if you have sound blaster live 5.1 (Creative PlayCenter). As long as you have the music on the hard drive (not on CD) you will be able to slow the music down by pressing (if skin of player is; ACU Punch (Aquamarine)) the Slow Motion Forward button on top of the Next Track button.
