Entering chords with differing note values

Hello again.
I'm airing my comments, and will only be beta-testing v2.0 soon.
I find that when entering chord members, you need to enter the note with the smaller value first, then the note with the next higher value, and so on.
Can this be done both ways, small value, then higher value, or vice versa?
Thanks!

(Still) a music hobbyist,

Hi Porfy.  I've found that it really dosent matter which note you enter first.  It's just that if you enter, say a whole note then a quarter note under it, you can put another quarter note below that, but not above the whole note but you CAN enter another whole  note above the first one.  Likewise you can't enter a third value (which would be a pretty weird chord anyway).  I think that it depends on stem directions.
