Beam Problem

I have tried it but still can't able to beam any notes. Is it because evaluation version has disabled this function?

The evaluation version supports beaming the same way as the full version. The procedure is explained in the help file Beaming section.

First, try the simplest beam possible.
Start a new file, and type
4 <enter> <enter>
hold <Shift> and type <Left> <Left> <Control-B>.
There, now you should be beaming all over. If that works, then beaming should work anywhere in Noteworthy.

There's also "automatic beam" in the "tools" menu.
