Where is that trumpet?

From HammerSound I have downloaded "JL_Trumpet" from this side:

I think I have done everything by the book. (Two other soundfonts are working well).
In properties for staff I have checked "Select a patch bank" and Controller 0 has the value "57" (just like in SB AudioHQ / SoundFont). Now I have tried to set "Patch Name" to <None>, 1, 2, 3, 4 and even 57 and none of them brings any sound. Do I have to try 6, 7, 8 and further until I meet the right?

In "Numeric, 1 Based", set Patch Name = 1, and you should hear the trumpet, provided you have actually loaded it in Bank 57 of your SBLive soundcard in the same way as you did for Joshua's trumpet. I just tried it and it works OK. (but I'm not impressed - the looping of the samples is not very good - hence, for example, the not very convincing vibrato on the notes G# to C above middle C)
