Transpose Viola Clef to Tebble Clef

I need to transpose some music written in Viola Clef
to Trebble Clef. The music has been entered into NWC
as-is and now needs to be transposed to Trebble Clef.
Does anyone know how to do this?

This first step isn't always necessary but I always do it just in case.
CLick on the TOOLS menu and FORCE ACCIDENTALS.
Position cursor at the very start of the Alto clef.
Hold down SHIFT and press END to select the entire staff.
Hold down both CTRL and SHIFT and press the DOWN ARROW six (6) times.
The notes are now at their Treble position.
Select the Alto clef and click the RIGHT mouse button.
Click on SELECTION in the menu displayed.
Select TREBLE clef then OK.
Hold down CRTL and press F9 to audit the staff or you could press F9 or the REFRESH SCORE tool.
The above step fixes the accidentals to match the clef among other things.
From the TOOLS menu click on AUDIT ACIDENTALS then AUDIT NOTE STEMS.
Should be then be OK.

You could shift the notes up one and transpose down an octave but this could require adjusting the sound transposition.

Sounds like it'd be a good tool to have. "Change clef".

Clef Change Procedure:

1. Select the clef, press Ctrl+E, and change it as necessary

2. Now, press Home, then Shift+End, which selects the whole staff (you can also try this procedure on smaller selections, where appropriate)

3. Press Shift+Ctrl+Up/Down arrow until the notes are at the
proper position for the new clef

4. Press F9 to update the key signatures

You now have completed the clef change.

I'm not offering any advice on how to transpose between clefs.  I need to know who can describe the Viola Clef to me.  All I know is that Middle C is at the center of it.  What does the clef sign look like?  Also, can anyone tell  me anything about the Alto or Tenor clefs?  I've seen them before, but not recently; and I need to know what they look like.

Thanks for your help.

Okay, in terms of appearance, alto and tenor are exactly the same as mezzo-soprano, but placed differently on the staff (sorry, I couldn't resist).

Alto and viola clef are one and the same.  Alto, tenor, soprano and mezzo-soprano are all called the "C clef" or "movable clef" because the arrow of the clef indicates where middle C is.

Check out http://www.music.vt.edu/musicdictionary/textc/Cclef.html to see a picture and description.

The G clef and the F clef are (well, used to be) movable clefs as well.
Any of the three clefs could be placed on any of the 5 lines, resulting in a possible 15 clefs (although there is some overlap).
