Background noises

Hi everybody.

I have a problem :

It happens sometimes when I add additional staffs to an existing score.
I get this background noise ...
sounds like a silent drum noise that goes along with some notes.
when playing every staff alone (Shift+F5) everything is OK -
but the combining resault is not.

I looked at the "score review" :
I gave every staff a different channel - but still the problem continues.

with or without relations to the above :
could there be a problem with the MIDI specification of copying whole staffs from one score to another ?
