Crescendo/Decrescendo 2003-09-08 01:26 pm How do you make crescendo/decrescendos actually DO what they'res upposed to do? I used the cresc and decresc. markings and I don't think they help. However the sample files show a decrescendo thingy. How do you do that? Quote Selected
Re: Crescendo/Decrescendo Reply #1 – 2003-09-08 01:37 pm You need to anchor them by specifying what dynamic you are crescendoing or decrescendoing from and to - e.g. pp cresc ff or mf decresc p etc. If you don't want these to show, then just make them invisible.Hope this helps Quote Selected
