Copying two staffs

If I e.g. want to copy measure 31 from a piano-piece, I must first copy and paste the right-hand-staff and after that the left-hand-staff. It would be nice if I could copy and paste the two staffs in measure 31 in only one procedure to the place I want to insert them.
(In Excel you can't copy 2 cells to 1 target-cell, but you can easily copy 2 cells to 2 target-cells).

You can imagine how tedious this gets in an orchestral score :-)
