Phonograph to CD recording

Hello,
I have a Creative SB16 sound card and would like to know how to record some of my old 33 RPM records to a CD burner.  Thanks for the help.

Since this is rather a broad topic, and not even remotely related to NoteWorthy Composer, I can only suggest that you use your search engine of choice to find websites and other resources dedicated to preservation of phonograph records.
