drum sounds 1997-12-15 05:00 am According to the help file on drum sounds: "Drum sounds aretypically assigned to a dedicated channel on the sound card, usually channel 10 or channel 16 (in some devices, drum kitsare assigned to an instrument patch, rather than to a dedicated channel). In General MIDI, different note pitchesequate to different percussive sounds."Can someone explain to me, step by step, how to use this feature?Thank so much... Quote Selected

Re: drum sounds Reply #5 – 1997-12-29 05:00 am I've created a a Noteworthy file that contains all of the drum sounds, labelled as to what they are. I keep it open along with the actual song I'm working on, and use it to both see what note I need to use for a particular sound as well as try out percussion sounds to see what fits best. I created it using the Noteworthy help file section on percussion, but I'd be willing to send it to anyone who'd like a copy. Note to Noteworthy support: I think this would be a helpful file to ship with future Noteworthy releases! Quote Selected
