Missing Specify Zoom Level in Beta 3

The Specify Zoom level icon in Beta 3 is missing. However,
the function can be accessed in the view menu and by Alt/=
BUG or INTENTIONAL?

Cancel my comment on the missing Zoom Level Icon. It is there
if you CUSTOMIZE the tool bars which is a new feature.

I got caught on that same kind of problem several weeks ago
when I found the down arrow missing from the tool bars.
