Support for GS and/or XG

Does or will Noteworthy support the extra instrument patches in sound modules and cards from Yamaha (XG) and/or Roland (SG). I as many people do not understand the underlying MIDI messages enough to select the instruments by inserting apropriate messages intop the midifile longhand.

Often extra instrument patches are selected by choosing another bank. This is set on Staff | Playback Instrument and typing appropriately in the Bank Select section of the dialog.
The same dialog is used for inserting Instrument patches in the staff as the music is playing, if that is your bent.
The tricky bit is the meaning of the word appropriate, as banks will vary according to the implementation of the midi device. For instance, AWE Soundfonts are often multiples of 16 or 128. I don't know why. I'm still learning.

So to answer your question, I _think_ so, but you'll need to read your midi card documentation to find out which patch bank you should select.
