bending notes (glissandos)

just to tell you folks out there:
if you want to make a glissando, find the bar and long note (or short, whatever) that you want to gliss, and press "l." this will bring up a window that says "Notation Properties, MPC tab" then find the pull down menu under "controller" and find "pitch bend." use this option to bend notes however you like.
