Tab button not working

Have just upgraded to 1.75 + web update 2[32 bit]

Everything looks fine but the tab button on the keyboard doesn't insert bar lines any more. I can insert them from the insert menu but this is very slow and annoying.

Any ideas?

Most probably, it's an issue with your keyboard. Maybe the tab key needs some cleaning?

Have you checked if it works OK with other applications?

Have you tried resetting your computer?

The best solution would be to fix or replace your keyboard. If you prefer, you can use the * key to perform the same action.
