Is there any way to write a small paragraph about the piece you just wrote underneath the music? It is important because we are using it at school and credit needs to be given to the person who wrote that arrangement or composition. Thankyou.

In the Song Author Info Dialog (File|Info, or Ctrl-I), the Copyright notices 1&2 are printed below the music on the first page. This may be exactly what you want. It gives you two lines' worth.

Your comments can be added by a word processor.

You will have to experiment with the margins in page setup in NWC and set according to the amount of space you will need. Unchecking the Title Page Info on General Page Set-up will give you additional space to play with at the top of your page. As long as you are going to use a word processor anyway you could also have a fancy looking title if you wanted to.

Experiment with top and bottom margins. Print your composition and see how much space is available at the top and bottom of the page. Insert the printed page back into your printer, go to your word processor and compose and print out your text in the blank space available.
