Combining Staves?

Is there a way to combine two staves? Please e-mail me. Thanks

Layering function may be what you're looking for.

First of all, allow layering at file/page setup/contents, then go to the staff you like to layer with (the one above the other) and bring up staff properties pressing F2. Jump to tha "visual" tab and check "layer with next staff". That's all. You can pass through staves by pgUp/pgDown as when they are non layered.
