Re: Importing Dynamics Reply #1 – 2000-10-20 04:00 am No Corey, it's not possible as yet.There have been a few ideas kicked around such as grey scaled notes for velocity and direct interpretation of note velocity into ppp to fff but it would be very hard to implement. Besides if you are going to be recording to a midi file with such performance effects then it's hardly likely that you are also going to be recording to a strict, boring and lifeless metronome so that Noteworthy can also interpret the notes. You can do a mix of both though - record sections into Noteworthy then paste it with the associated dynamic. Or perhaps record the whole thing strict tempo and then go through and add the dynamics - which to me is the better way; then you just add the right markings for that part of the piece Quote Selected
