Repeats

I know that many of you want to say to me that all of my questions about this is in the repeat files in Nwc. But I think this is a bug, and that there's no answer to it:
I have a song with this layout closely to the end:
Flute
Violloncello
Piano staff
Layered piano staff (but is no longer noted at this point)
Another piano staff.
and I am trying to repeat a section but the Nwc just acts as if it had already been repeated. I'm using two master repeats barlines.
I need this section repeated , but Nwc is driving me crazy. can anyone help?
