My tempo wont change!

I have search the archives, but haven't found a problem like this. I have Noteworthy Composer installed on both my computers, and my tempo commands have always worked just fine. Now, all of a sudden, I can't get either computer to follow my tempo commands! For example, if I have the first section at 130, and then I add a new tempo of 90, it won't change!

Am I making some mistake that is so obvious I can't see it, or has my program suddenly gone wacko?

I had a similar problem the other day. In my case, I had a hidden stave with another tempo which activated immediately after my visual stave tempo, despite the hidden stave being muted. So, I suggest you check for other tempo markings, particularly on hidden staves.
