Pending???

I installed NWC into a new computer, upgraded to 2.75. My status has shown as "Pending" for approximately 5 hours. Is this normal? I have sent two emails to support, but no reply. Thank you.

I bought a new license a week or so ago for my new laptop, and it installed immediately - ok, no upgrade .... hm.

Thank you for your reply. I finally got past "pending" and now have my v 2.75. It took awhile.
