Any way to change the color of words to white

Hello,
When I layered staves Tenor with Bass, since the value of the note is not the same, the words look overlapping, is there anyway to make the color of the word "white" in one staff lyrics, so that when we layer it does not look different.

I think you are layering the tenor and bass staves. If so, you only need lyrics on one of them. (Same for soprano/alto, although the notes all line up, so it is not noticed.)
