Trouble Getting NWC2

I have two computers, and it's very important to me that I have NWC2 on both of them. I was successful in getting it on my first computer quite a while ago, but today when I tried to get it on this computer it told me that I had entered my name incorrectly. I'm absolutely positive that my name was entered correctly, and so I need to know if it's impossible to download NWC2 on more than one computer, or if my copy of NWC is too old, or if it's neither of those things. Can someone help me, please?

I have 2 physical system drives on my computer. One boots Win98, the other WinXP
NWC2 is on both of them.  Updates work independently.  You will need the NoteWorthy CD to get started, but you should be able to load it to 2 computers.

On my copy of the CD for the program, the "correct" name is printed on the label along with other information necessary to load the program

This is allowed by the NWC2 license. When enrolling in the beta, you must enter your information exactly as it appears on the registration label.
