However, it appears that you want BiaB to be able to determine chords directly from the MIDI file; BiaB does not have this capability (I don't know of any product that does, due to the complexity of melody to chord assignment). It's usually not too far off, but often tries to include passing tones in the chord description, coming up with some pretty exotic-looking chord designations... Quote Selected
