Forum structure

At the top and bottom of long subject pages, we see an option like "Pages: 1 [2] 3 4 5   Go Up"

It would be nice to also have a "Next" button.  It's fairly common on webpages, and the user with shaky hands or lousy eyesight wouldn't have to worry about clicking the right number to move to the next page.
