How can I notate this?

See the attachment for what I typically do; if it has to play correctly, one also has to adjust the tempo for this measure.

The tempo needs to be kicked up by a factor of 3/2 during the first 3 beats of the 5/8 measure.

Ehm... yes, but it's a pain in the ass to mangle all the other 15 staves!

If there is no better solution, this is not perfect but I hope it's a good approximation.
