Does windows 10 make it possible to run NWC on a Windows tablet?

Don't think so, but I hope it does...

Why don't you think so?

NWC 2.51 added specific touch handlers in a variety of areas, and the Viewer was given a new interface to better support high res displays and touch. The only caveat is that you need to stay away from Windows RT tablets. They don't support win32 programs. Intel has made large strides in supporting tablet mode devices with their CPUs, and Windows 8/10 primarily target these kind of devices (somewhat to the detriment of its desktop mode).

OK.
Our tablet has Windows RT 8.1. I'll stay away from it and carry on with my laptop.   ::)
