I couldn't run NWCCONVERTER on my Windows 11 PC.
Please see the attached.

Hi, I'm having trouble accessing the site https://www.opagust.be/.

I tried logging in with the username "NWC User" and password "Usertools", but I got this message:

> "Sorry, unrecognized username or password. Have you forgotten your password?"

Then I tried to create a new account, but it showed:

> "403 Sorry, no new users possible"

Is there any way I can get access? Any help would be appreciated!
