Help

HI, I downloaded the evaluation version and when I went to install it it always gets to 93% and it freezes. Any ideas on how to fix this? I already tried redownloading.

I've never seen this happen, and have downloaded every version since 1.5-something, on four different Windows versions.

More information would probably be helpful in narrowing down your problem, such as machine CPU and mainboard type and speed, amount of RAM, amount of free hard-drive space, Windows version, and anything else that may have a bearing. "Too much" information is far better than "not enough."

This is probably just a corrupted download. First, clear your cache and try a new download.

If this does not help, some more details about your system would help. If you are using Windows NT, 2000, or XP, make sure you install while running as an Administrator.
