Pitch Bend

Whenever I try pitch bend, it sound completely off. Is there any way to bitch bend to a certain note, or would that be glissando, which isn't supported yet?

The normal pitch-bend range is plus-or-minus two semitones (total range of four semitones, or a major 3rd). This corresponds to the actual pitch-bend numbers as follows:

+8191 = +2 semitones
+4096 = +1 semitone
0 = no pitch bend
-4096 = -1 semitone
-8191 = -2 semitones

Avoid 8192, since it's ambiguous; some sound cards interpret it as +2, some as -2.

Probably monitor outputs, roughly equivalent to the master outs but controlled by the monitor pots.
