Does anyone know how to re-create theese notes on the soft ?

Hi tagatao, welcome to the forum. I think the Chord Member Command may be what need.

Zero, Enter, UpArrow, UpArrow, Ctrl+Enter should do the trick. Select it, then change it to a Whole Note.
