Re: Override default MIDI volume Reply #1 – 25 years ago No. The numbers are absolute, with the maximum being 127 (full volume or velocity) and the minimum (in midi) being 0. However, note that 0 has a special meaning in NWC, so in practise the minimum volume or velocity is 1. Quote Selected
