NWC 2 Enrollment frustration

I am a band director, and love NWC.  I used my own copy of the program here at school last year and bought a copy for the school this year so I could take the program back home.  Anyhow, I want to use NWC 2 at school, and am having trouble enrolling.  I go through the wizard but it tells me I do not meet the eligibility requirements.  I triple-checked everything.  Could it be the firewall and browser settings?  Should I enroll from my home computer?  I only have 3 more chances to not mess it up!  I'm sorry, that's just not freaking fair when they don't tell WHY you're not eligible.

I have 1.75c, and it was ordered in xxxxxxxxx.

You are listed as a NWC2 Tester, so your credentials clearly worked during enrollment at least once. The credentials that you supplied when upgrading to a NWC2 Tester do not match your statement here (which I removed for security sake). You should probably contact support@noteworthysoftware.com or send me a personal message.
