Niot really NWC - but 2005-03-14 11:33 am Does anybody know of a good free program for cleaning clicks and scratches off recordings? Quote Selected
Re: Niot really NWC - but Reply #1 – 2005-03-14 04:09 pm I really like the Diamond Cut products. I use DC6, which is expensive ($199, but I've upgraded over the years); however, you can still get DC Millennium for $59. It's not an entry level product, just an older version, which used to be their flagship product a couple of years ago (until DC5 came along). I've used it to clean up a lot of my old records before converting to DC. It has a lot of filters to do that.Check out:http://www.tracertek.com/diamondcutmillennium.htmfor more information and ordering. There is a demo available. Also, for some information about the history of the program, check out:http://www.diamondcut.com/brief.htmThere are others; however, I have been happy with this product for many years. Good luck.John Quote Selected
