Cannot see all of the music as it plays

When I play something I've programmed into Noteworthy, there are no problems with the playback itself BUT I have to scroll along manually with the music to see where I am as it plays. My boyfriend also uses Noteworthy, and on his program the music scrolls along automatically...it's not a major problem, but it would make things much easier if I could see automatically where I am in the music. If there's a setting I could change or something, I'd love to know what it is.

Hang on...have just checked this, and I already have the box checked. It still isn't working. Does anybody know why this might be?

Aaargh! Am REALLY sorry to post again but I've got it to work...turns out you have to audit the bar lines before it'll chase the notes during playback...*blushes* so sorry to waste anyone's time...
