feature request: "as played by..." note duration

If NWC could have an "as played by..." note duration attribute, it would then be possible to make a quarter note sound like a half note. It would be very useful when you're dealing with tuplets that are not supported in NWC. It would also be possible to have multiple voices/layers this way, if NWC could have different note attributes for each note in a chord.
