2nd coda?

Well, yet another problem! Is it possible to have a second coda? CODA 2! Having it act as the regular coda or any of the characters from flow direction? Having it direct to another place other than the first coda .

I doubt that there is any way to insert a 2nd Coda. However, you could use hidden staves, written open, and then muted "print staves" that would give a more satisfactory printing result, probably with a 2nd Coda symbol inserted as a text item.

Using print staves has one drawback in this case, however; when played, the notes won't be followed correctly as NWC doesn't know how to jump to the 2nd Coda etc.

You shouldn't use two codas.  There must be another way to write this out.  Think of what the word means:  tail.
Does your dog/cat/iguana have one tail in the middle of its body and another at the end?

Not only should you not use two codas, I don't think NWC will recognize the second "to coda" direction.  I tested this with NWC2:

Notes - Flow direction To Coda - Notes - Flow direction DC al Coda - Flow direction Coda - Notes - Flow direction Segno - Notes - Flow direction To Coda - Notes - Flow direction DS al Coda - Flow direction Coda - Notes

The second coda direction was ignored on playback.

Me too, I have played some pieces with two Segnos or Codas and they were necessary, too. Of course they could have been implemented otherwise, but in those pieces a 2nd Coda or Segno was somehow the best alternative.

However, NWC doesn't support a 2nd Coda or Segno. (These second Codas and Segnos have an according symbol with a number, like Coda 2 or Dal Segno 2)
